This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Eliminatevita accepts cancellation and refund requests for healthy back in the office programs purchased through eliminatevita.ddd. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that balance customer satisfaction with the nature of our digital and live wellness services. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any program.
This Return Policy applies to all programs offered by Eliminatevita, including Foundation Desk Relief ($149), Executive Desk Wellness Bundle ($329), and Team Movement Workshop ($95 per participant, minimum eight participants). This policy covers cancellations, refund eligibility, partial refunds, program transfers, and rescheduling. Physical materials, if any, shipped as part of a program bundle are subject to the return conditions described in Section 6.
Because our programs include digital resources, scheduled live sessions, and personalized services such as desk audits in the Executive Desk Wellness Bundle, refund eligibility depends on the stage of program delivery at the time of your request. We evaluate each request individually while applying the standardized criteria outlined below to ensure consistent handling of all clients.
If you enroll in Foundation Desk Relief or Executive Desk Wellness Bundle and have not accessed any program materials or attended any scheduled sessions, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase. Accessing downloadable guides, stretch routine videos, or attending any portion of a live session constitutes use of program materials and transitions your enrollment to the partial refund terms in Section 4. For Team Movement Workshop bookings, the cooling-off period applies until seven calendar days before the scheduled workshop date, provided no preparatory materials have been distributed to participants.
After the cooling-off period or after accessing program materials, refunds are calculated based on program completion. If you request cancellation before completing week two of the four-week curriculum, you may receive a fifty percent refund. Requests after week two but before week four may receive a twenty-five percent refund. No refunds are available after completion of week four or after receiving all program materials and session access.
Because this program includes a one-on-one desk audit and priority coaching sessions, refunds are assessed based on services rendered. Before the desk audit is conducted, you may receive a seventy-five percent refund if outside the cooling-off period. After the desk audit but before the second coaching session, a fifty percent refund may apply. After two or more coaching sessions or delivery of a custom movement plan, no refund is available except in cases of service failure as described in Section 7.
Cancellations received more than fourteen calendar days before the scheduled workshop date qualify for a full refund minus a ten percent administrative fee. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days before the workshop qualify for a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within seven days of the workshop date are non-refundable. If Eliminatevita cancels or reschedules a workshop due to facilitator unavailability, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, contact Eliminatevita at feedback@eliminatevita.world with your full name, enrollment confirmation details, program name, purchase date, and reason for the request. You may also call +16469439160 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. We acknowledge receipt of refund requests within two business days and aim to process approved refunds within ten business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at enrollment. Processing times from your financial institution may vary.
If your program includes printed materials such as office posters or stretch guide booklets shipped to your address, unused materials in original condition may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the material cost portion of your enrollment, deducted from any applicable program refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless materials were defective or incorrectly shipped. Contact us before returning physical items to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
If Eliminatevita fails to deliver scheduled sessions due to our error, fails to provide agreed-upon program materials, or significantly deviates from the program description on our website, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund regardless of the standard timelines above. Document any service issues promptly and contact us with details so we can investigate and resolve the matter. We may offer program credits, rescheduled sessions, or alternative arrangements as alternatives to monetary refunds where appropriate.
The following are generally non-refundable: completed program enrollments where all sessions and materials have been delivered; no-show fees for missed Executive Desk Wellness Bundle coaching sessions without twenty-four hours notice; administrative fees applied to Team Movement Workshop cancellations within seven days of the event; and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf. Promotional or discounted enrollments may carry modified refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Instead of a refund, you may request a transfer of your enrollment to a future program date or a different program tier, subject to availability and price difference adjustment. Transfer requests must be made at least seven days before the next scheduled session. Program credits issued in lieu of refunds are valid for twelve months from the date of issuance and are non-transferable to third parties unless approved in writing by Eliminatevita.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your program access and contest the chargeback with documentation of services provided. We encourage you to reach out to feedback@eliminatevita.world before filing disputes so we can address your concerns directly.
We may update this Return Policy periodically. Changes apply to enrollments made after the updated policy is posted on eliminatevita.ddd. Enrollments made before a policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
